Qnami AG, a leader in the emerging field of Quantum Sensing and the application of NV centers in diamond to materials science research, today announces its strategic collaboration and global distribution agreement with Horiba to commercialize the Qnami ProteusQ.
Qnami and Horiba, a global leader in measurement and analysis solutions for advanced research and industry, and the world leader in Raman microscopy and nanoscopy, have combined forces to launch the Qnami ProteusQ globally.
Qnami ProteusQ : A Scanning NV Microscope delivering the next level in precision
Qnami ProteusQ is a complete quantum microscope system. It is the first scanning NV (nitrogen-vacancy) microscope for the analysis of magnetic materials at the atomic scale. Built on, and powered by the AFM (atomic force microscope) platform from Horiba, the Qnami ProteusQ system comes with state-of-the-art electronics and software. Its flexible design allows for future adjustments and scaling, expansion and capability upgrades. The proprietary Qnami ProteusQ quantum technology provides high–precision images allowing its users to see directly the most subtle properties of their samples and the effect of microscopic changes in your design or fabrication process. The Qnami ProteusQ opens a new window on materials research and gives scientists and R&D engineers a new level of control to drive innovation in the design, creation and delivery of smart and energy-efficient electronics.
