The Quantilever MX can be employed to image microwave (MW) currents with nanometric spatial resolution.
In the following work, a high frequency (GHz) MW current flows in a prototype electronic circuit. The magnetic field generated by the current is imaged quantitatively with a shot noise limited sensitivity of 680 nT/Hz1/2and deep sub-wavelength spatial resolution (10-6 * signal wavelength).
