Today Qnami officially launches the first accessory of the Qnami ProteusQ Series: Vario PQ. With it, scientists can characterise their samples in working conditions. Combining Vario PQ with Qnami ProteusQ, you can apply external currents or voltages to your sample while performing scanning NV measurements.

Vario PQ unlocks research potential:

With Vario PQ you can:

  • Perform transport measurements in 2D materials, as previously done by Mark Ku et al, using Graphene – Nature 583, 537–541 (2020)
  • Characterize the effect of voltage-induced strain on magnetic textures at the nanoscale, as showed by Haykal et al. using Bismuth Ferrite (BFO) – Nat Commun 11, 1704 (2020)
  • Electrically switch antiferromagnetic domain in magnetic memory devices, as demonstrated by Tobias Kosub et al. using purely antiferromagnetic magnetoelastic random access memories (ME-RAM) – Nat Commun 8, 13985 (2017)
