In this application note, we present the qualitative and quantitative imaging of spin cycloids in the multiferroic material BiFeO3, using the table-top Qnami ProteusQ scanning NV microscope. These results showcase the sensitivity and spatial resolution which can readily be achieved with the functionalities of Qnami’s solution.
BiFeO3 is a room-temperature multiferroïc presenting key properties for future spin-based electronics. In our new Application Note, we show how the Qnami ProteusQ™ can be used to image spin textures with state-of-the-art accuracy.
